This thesis is design a module to simulate the protocol frame of the lub and fulfill the nbap signal and the rrc management function of the rnc . this can make it possible that ue circulate the data from nodeb without rnc 本文主要设计了一个模块，模拟iub接口的协议结构，完成rnc控制面的部分nbap信令和rrc管理层的部分功能，使得nodeb在没有rnc的情况下就能够完成ue和接入系统的数据环回。
