Tabular srtio3 crystals were synthesized via the superposition of the srtio3 basic cell on the interface of sr3ti2o7 particles . sem and xrd showed that tabular srtio3 particles had rectangular faces with an edge length of 10 ~ 30 m and a thickness of 2 ~ 5 m Batio _ 3的制备分为两步:首先在助熔剂kcl中通过熔盐法合成sr _ 3ti _ 2o _ 7粉体,在1300温度下得到长宽大约为10 30 m片状颗粒。

This work emphasized the syntheses of perovskite templates ( including srtio3 and baho3 ) . batio3 were prepared by molten salt synthesis ( mss ) . scanning electron microscopy ( sem ) and x - ray diffraction patterns ( xrd ) revealed that there was no aggregation with batio3 powders and spherical particles of batio3 was obtained by mss 本论文用熔盐法合成batio _ 3 ,通过xrd物相分析和sem形貌分析,可以得到如下结论:用熔盐法合成的batio _ 3粉体基本无团聚,显微结构为球形颗粒。
