| 10. | After mechanical and process properties testing , the results indicated that : ( 1 ) the film resin can make the properties good in climbing drum peer strength of sandwich constructions composite , the little effects of the film resin on other mechanical properties have been given ; ( 2 ) the sandwich composite has the better mechanical properties at central symmetry layer than asymmetric layer ; ( 3 ) through the study of the different pressure of the sandwich composite , the result is obtained that the edgewise properties increases , the flexural properties decreases with the pressure increase from 0 . 2mpa to 0 . 5mpa ; ( 4 ) at the sameness extend layer , the mechanical properties of the laminate is bigger than that of the honeycomb sandwich panel ; ( 5 ) through the studies on honeycomb sandwich plate delamination under three - point bending tests . it is found that the flexural strength decreases with the area of delamination increases 研究表明: ( 1 )胶膜能明显的提高蜂窝夹层结构的剥离性能,对其它性能的影响不大; ( 2 )对称铺层较非对称铺层的力学性能高; ( 3 )固化压力由0 . 3mpa提高至0 . 5mpa时,蜂窝夹层结构的侧压强度提高,而弯曲强度和剪切刚度分别降低; ( 4 )蜂窝夹层结构中的面板较同样材料铺层的复合材料叠层板的力学性能低; ( 5 )蜂窝夹层结构的界面上有缺陷时,弯曲强度下降,且随着缺陷面积增大,弯曲强度下降幅度增大。 |
