| 10. | Article 15 : if an advertising business unit ceases to meet the conditions set out in article 7 hereof due to change of circumstances after obtaining an advertising business permit , and fails to complete the cancellation procedures for the advertising business permit in accordance with the provisions hereof , the advertising business permit shall be withdrawn by the issuing authority
第十五条广告经营单位在取得《广告经营许可证》后，情况发生变化不具备本办法第七条规定条件，又未按本办法规定办理《广告经营许可证》注销手续的，由发证机关撤回《广告经营许可证》 。 |
