| 1. | In order to maintain competitive advantages , corporations all over the world are always adopt the method of erp ( enterprise resource planning , erp ) to improve operation efficiency . as a new management model as well as management tool , erp has reached uniform recognition in academic world as well as business world , and has been so widely used in various industries that many corporations can not carry on their business normally without the support of erp system . the aspect that most concerned by corporations which have adopted erp is that what are the influences and economic benefits erp will bring to these corporations 本文首先通过对erp环境下企业绩效评价研究的必要性进行了分析,随后介绍了国内外企业绩效评价的研究现状,接着介绍了平衡计分卡的原理,并对平衡计分卡的四个方面进行了详细的阐述,然后介绍了erp软件的发展历程及主要思想,并在此基础上建立了erp环境下企业绩效评价模型,主要基于平衡计分卡的思想,并根据企业应用erp的情况进行了适当的调整,提出金字塔式企业绩效评价模型,在对评价指标设计后,利用数理统计及层次分析法等对评价指标的数据进行了量化,标准化及赋予权重,最后得出综合评价值。 |
