This paper studies mainly on this problem . object - oriented technique to model distribution grid and the hiberarchy denotation of distribution grid based on feeder section are used . the static distribution topology and the dynamic one basing on the above model are studied 采用面向对象的技术对配电网进行建模，提出了基于馈线段的配电网分层结构表示，并基于该模型对静态拓扑生成和动态拓扑分析进行研究，完成了算法的设计，并取得较好的效果。
