Seller shall give notice of shipment to buyer at the time of delivery of any shipment of items to a carrier for transportation to a destination other than buyer ' s place of business issuing purchase order 对于装运至买方的货物，卖方应该在发货时发出装运通知，该通知应该发给目的地的承运方，而非下订单的买方所在地（的承运方） 。
