The control circuit of digitalized soft - starter with the three - phase ac voltage regulating was designed . the digital phase shifting trigger based on the 80c196kc mcs and gal16v8 programmable device was developed . the control method for digital phase shifting trigger was given and its principle of operation and designing was discussed 设计了三相晶闸管交流调压数字软起动器的硬件控制电路；研制了采用80c196kc单片机和gal16v8可编程器件构成的数字移相触发系统；给出了数字移相触发控制方法，分析和讨论了该方法的工作和设计原理；采用了一种参数自整定的混合型模糊pid控制方法。
