The objectives of this study were : ( 1 ) to establish a model of co - culture of endothelial and smooth muscle cells ; ( 2 ) - 5 to ascertain the effects of the ach on the membrane potential of the rabbit aortic smooth muscle cells and bovine aortic endothelial cells ; ( 3 ) to clarify the role of gap junctions in ach - induced endothelium - derived hyperpolarization in rabbit aortic smooth muscle cells ; ( 4 ) to examine the contribution of both no and gap junction to the ach - induced endothelium - derived hyperpolarization in rabbit aortic smooth muscle cells Edhf的性质尚未确定，有的研究认为其与ec的k ~ +通道有关，而有的研究认为平滑肌的内皮源性超极化与ec和smc之间的缝隙连接( gapjunction )有关，因为两者通过缝隙连接有着电偶联作用。本文利用细胞共培养和膜片钳技术，探讨缝隙连接在血管张力调节中的作用。
