Method : the clinical data of 38 patients with external nose defect were retrospectively analysed . 18 patients were reconstructed with frontal region flaps , 13 with nasolabial fold flaps , 3 with auricle flaps and 4 with skin grafts 方法：回顾分析1990年1月至2004年1月外鼻缺损38例的临床资料，根据整复方法分为额部皮瓣18例（其中额部横行皮瓣5例，正中皮瓣13例） ，鼻唇沟皮瓣13例，耳郭复合瓣3例，替尔氏皮片4例。
