| 7. | If either party hereto continues defaulting of any obligation imposed on it herein after written notice by the other party has been dispatched requesting the party under default to remedy such default , the other party may terminate by registered mail to the party under default and this agreement shall be terminated on the date of dispatch of such notice
如果任何一方在另一方发出书面通知要求违约一方修正违约错误之后，仍继续违背本协议中所加于它的任何责任，则另一方可以通过向违约方发出挂号邮件来终止协议，并且本协议将在发出上述通知之日终止。 |
| 8. | Either party hereto shall have the right to terminate this agreement immediately upon giving written notice to the other party in the event that the other party has not cured any breach of this agreement , within thirty ( 30 ) days after receipt from the complaining party of a written notice specifying the breach
终止为突破口或者党至此将有权利终止这个协议立刻在给书面通知另一党如果另一党未治疗任何突破口这个协议,在三十( 30 )天之内在收据以后从一个书面通知的抱怨的党指定突破口。 |
