This paper presents an optimized computer program to analyze different factors that will affect for energy dissipation and erosion preventation which is especially important in design of cofferdams . the graphic in this paper also show the manner and degree of the effect that caused by these factors 同时，本文还利用该优化计算程序对文中所分析到的影响围堰和坝体过流的各种消能防冲因素进行了验证，以图表的形式更进一步的说明了各种因素的影响方式和程度。
