This paper is based on the simulation of monitor system interface development in the project of warping dredging ' s updated technology research & application between wuhan transportation university and yangtze river bureau . the project is a national " the ninth five years plan " significant scientific and technological project 本文以九五重点科技攻关项目绞吸式挖泥船的仿真监控界面开发为背景，利用windows2000的操作方便，图形界面友好，再开发能力强以及较强的网络功能等特点，以visualc + + 6 . 0为开发工具，用activex控制技术开发了在监控系统中用到的activex控制。
