| 4. | Article 30 the provisions of this law shall apply as from the date of its coming into force to every collective agreement concluded before the enforcement of this law
第30条(施行日起之适用力)团体协约在本法施行前订立者，自本法施行之日起适用本法。 |
| 5. | Should any laws and regulations concerning advertising promulgated before the enforcement of this law come into conflict with this law in contents , the provisions of this law previal
本法施行前制定的其他有关广告的法律、法规的内容与本法不符的，以本法为准。 |
| 6. | All other arbitration organs established before the implementation of this law and not conforming to the provisions of this law shall be terminated on the date of effectiveness of this law
本法施行前设立的不符合本法规定的其他仲裁机构，自本法施行之日起终止。 |
| 7. | Article 211 securities whose listing on a stock exchange was approved pursuant to administrative regulations before this law goes into effect shall continue to be traded according to law
第二百一十一条本法施行前依照行政法规已批准在证券交易所上市交易的证券继续依法进行交易。 |
| 8. | Article 78 in the event of conflict between the provisions on arbitration formulated before the coming into effect of this law and the provisions of this law , the provisions of this law shall prevail
第七十八条本法施行前制定的有关仲裁的规定与本法的规定相抵触的，以本法为准。 |
| 9. | Article 211 securities the listing for trading of which at securities exchanges already approved pursuant to administrative regulations prior to the coming into force of this law shall continue to be traded according to law
第二百一十一条本法施行前依照行政法规已批准在证券交易所上市交易的证券继续依法进行交易。 |
