Queen Beatrix of the Netherlands opened the Embassy on 2 March 2004 together with the Ministers of Foreign Affairs Ben Bot of the Netherlands and Joschka Fischer of Germany. La reine Beatrix des Pays-Bas inaugure l'ambassade le 2 mars 2004 avec les ministres des Affaires étrangères Ben Bot des Pays-Bas et Joschka Fischer d'Allemagne.
