| 1. | To conclude i would like to point out in connection with this report that , in order to enhance relations with countries outside the eu , it is important that both multilateral and bilateral treaties , such as the convention on the transfer of executions of judgement , are signed , so that judicial cooperation with countries outside the union can be fine-tuned as well.
