从移植物长期存活的受体内分选出cd4 + cd25 + t细胞，与tcr转基因cds + t细胞同时过继输注到免疫缺陷小鼠体内，观察co4 + co25 + t细胞对同种异体反应性cos + t细胞介导排斥反应的作用，探讨在阻断cd40se一~ cd40l共刺激途径延长移植物存活中， cd4 + cd25 +调节性丁细胞是否是抑制排斥反应的机制之一。 |
