Based on chinese traditional philosophical thinking , beginning from introducing the chinese traditional ecological main ideas , this paper analyzes the meanings of ecological culture in the chinese traditional building unit from its three parts - roof , body and platform , and approaches the relation between these meanings and the chinese traditional ecological main ideas , in order to deeply understand the design theory and method of chinese traditional architecture from different angles and provide a salutary reference for modern arcology study 摘要该文以中国传统哲学为背景，在简要梳理中国传统生态核心思想的基础上，以中国传统建筑单体作为研究对象，分别从建筑单体屋顶、台基、屋身三段构成来分析其生态文化内涵，并探讨它与中国传统生态思想之间的相关性，以求从一个新的角度来认识中国传统建筑的设计理论和方法，也可为现代生态建筑的发展提供借鉴。
