The polarization - dependent diffraction characteristics of the metallic echelle and the total internal reflection ( tir ) types of diffraction gratings are studied , and optimal design method based on the hybrid diffraction method is presented 针对目前衍射光栅器件在损耗、偏振敏感性等方面的不足，本文对金属反射型以及内全反射型凹面光栅的偏振相关的衍射特性进行了矢量分析，并基于混合衍射方法提出了更为准确有效的优化设计方法。
