In this method the stress resultants of concrete in the cross section are evaluated by accurate integrating method and the resultants of structural steel and reinforcing bars are obtained using the fiber element method . the final nonlinear algebraic equations are solved using an iterative quasi - newton procedure based on the regula - falsi numerical scheme 应用该计算机方法，截面上的混凝土内力采用精确的积分方法求得，结构钢与钢筋的内力则由纤维元方法计算，而最终的非线性代数方程组由分离变量的拟newton - raphson迭代方法求解。
