Results the adverse effects of splenic embolisation were slight with short duration of fever and stomachache and with efficient control of hypersplenia and its correlative basic diseases except one case of splenie abscess 结果本组病例经分次脾栓塞治疗术后脾亢及相应基础疾病症状得到有效控制，术后反应轻，发热和腹痛持续时间短，仅1例发生脾脓肿。
