Conclusions : proper hold of surgical indications and full realization of tumor invasion domain are essential to perform partial laryngectomy successfully 结论：认为掌握手术指征，充分了解肿瘤侵犯的范围是部分喉切除成功的关键。

It gave me a feeling to see the sparkle in one patient ' s eyes - a man with a total laryngectomy - when i asked if he would enjoy a cold beer and went to get him one 一位病人做了喉切除手术，我问他是否想喝冻啤酒，而且为他拿来了一杯，这时我看到他眼里闪耀着感激的神情，一股暖流顿时涌上我的心头。

Results : four patients with laryngostenosis after vertical partial laryngectomy were extubated ; 2 patients with decompensation were cured ; 1 patient with decompensation caused by laryngeal trauma was cured too 结果： 4例因喉癌术后喉功能不良者术后能顺利拔管； 2例呼吸困难者， 1例喉外伤患者呼吸困难术后均得到缓解。

Methods : among them , 19 cases were given laryngiofission combined with cordectomy , 37 for vertical partial laryngectomy and 7 for horizontal partial laryngectomy . of them , 4 cases were performed functional neck dissection meanwhile , and 44 cases given postoperative radiotherapy 方法：采用不同术式行部分喉切除术，其中行喉裂开声带切除19例，垂直半喉切除37例，水平半喉切除7例； 4例做了功能性颈廓清术，术后44例辅以放疗。
