The final diagnosis turned out to be mumps deafness in 3 patients , otic ototoxicity in 1 , cryptococcal meningitis in 1 and neurofibromatosis in 1 patient 其中三例为腮腺炎性耳聋，一例为耳滴济中毒症，一例为隐球菌性脑膜炎，一例为多发性神经纤维瘤症。
