Panendoscopy revealed external compression on the anterior wall of the lower corpus and abdominal sonography showed one intraabdominal mass 超音波也发现上腹部有一个腹腔内肿瘤，且有肿瘤中心液化的现象。

The patient received medical treatment and the third panendoscopy 3 months later revealed gastric ulcer scar without the presence of double pylorus 患者于接受治疗后三个月之第三次内视镜检查显示胃溃疡瘢痕并无双幽门之存在。
