Based on the research works of predecessor , the theory on the displacement of soil strata in deep foundation excavation construction and its application are studied in detail . by analysing the supervision , statistics from , the practical excavation engineering , soil rheology is thought to be the main reason of the displacement heavy of the soft soil and the destruction of the enclosure structure , in deep foundation excavation construction on condition of the high theriomorphic of enclosure structure and good seepage resitting 本文在已有研究成果的基础上，对大面积软土深基坑开挖时土层变位理论及应用进行了探讨：依据现场监测数据，推导出开挖时软土变形的经验公式，分析了软土深基开挖在围护结构刚度大、基坑防渗效果好的条件下，基坑土层变位、围护结构受力破坏发展的主要原因。
