Because of the difficulties on diagnosis and treatment , it is very important for the prevention of trichinosis . trichinella spiralis ( t . s ) has a complex life history and a variety of antigen components , so , despite of a lot of studies , no prevention measures specific for t . s has been found until now 旋毛虫病的诊断和治疗都比较困难,因而预防显得尤为重要。由于旋毛虫生活史的复杂性和抗原的多样性,虽然近年来许多学者进行了多方面的研究,但迄今为止,尚未发现免疫预防旋毛虫病的有效措施。
