This paper develops the mathematical model for fracture - vuggy reservoir and proposes the expression or formula that fracture - vuggy media system is equivalent with fracture - matrix media system by using percolation dynamics theory . in order to better use existing simulators of such kinds of reservoirs 应用渗流力学基本理论，建立了裂缝溶洞型双重介质的数学模型提出了裂缝溶洞型双重介质与裂缝基质型双重介质等效的数学表达式，为更好地应用现有的数值模拟软件来模拟塔河缝洞型油藏提供了依据。
