This paper selected two different species of wheatgrasses to research in order to find out the damage and the responses of plants at different stress , some physiological indexes were determined . these results would provide some information to geneticist and breeder who coud make better used of agropyron . the main results were described as follows : firstly , this paper pointed out that effect of peg ( polyethylene glycols ) on some indexes of wheatgrass seedlings 主要通过测定两种冰草植株在不同浓度胁迫下的一些生理指标,了解不同胁迫对植物造成的伤害以及植物对胁迫的反应,为完善植物抗逆机理提供理论依据,并比较两种冰草抗逆性,为内蒙古地区抗逆性强的沙生植物的筛选提供理论依据。
