| 5. | Multiple endorsements on to order cheques or other orders or instruments will not be accepted by the bank unless prior arrangements have been made

| 6. | The customer shall notify the bank immediately on discovering that any orders or instruments supplied to him by the bank have been stolen , lost or mislaid
客户若发现任何由本行向其提供之付款指示或其他票据被窃遗失或误置，须立即通知本行。 |
| 7. | All orders drawn in the name of the customer and or instructions in respect of an account must be signed or given by or on behalf of the customer in strict accordance with the authorizations or mandates for the time being in effect in respect of such account
凡以客户名义签发的付款指示及或有关某个账户之指示，必须由客户或其代表严格遵从当时有关该账户之有效授权或委托书签署或发出。 |
| 8. | The bank s rights against the customer on any order shall not be prejudiced by loss , mutilation or dishonour of any order , any proceedings taken thereon by the bank , or the entering into any arrangement which is hereby authorised by the customer with any third party
本行就任何付款指示对客户所具有之权利，概不会因i任何付款指示之遗失毁坏或被拒绝兑现， ii本行就任何付款指示提出之任何诉讼，或iii与任何第三者达成客户在此特准之安排，而受到损害。 |
| 9. | The customer shall at all times exercise due care to prevent cheque books , payment orders or other orders or instruments from coming into the possession of unauthorised persons and to prevent any order or other instrument or instruction from being altered or forged in a manner which might facilitate fraud
客户应经常采取谨慎措施，防止支票簿付款指示或其他指示或票据落入未经授权之人士手中，及防止任何付款指示或其他票据或指示被更改或伪造以便利欺诈行为。 |
