In this paper , the following work has been done : 1 the load - bearing capacity of l , t and + - shaped columns under axial compression and biaxial bending is calculated by a numerical integral program 本文主要进行了如下工作： 1对l 、 t 、十形柱双偏压作用下正截面承载力进行计算，编制了数值积分程序，并对l 、 t 、十形柱偏心矩增大系数进行计算分析。

The concept of the equivalent mode and the modal participation coefficient is introduced when the regulation structures are studied . as to the vertical irregular structural systems , the inter - story capacity spectrum method is used and the strength reduction coefficient 77 is put forward when the capacity method is used to evaluate the performance of the torsional irregular structures 对于扭转不规则结构体系，引入与结构偏心矩大小和结构平面整体尺寸有关的强度降低系数叮来考虑结构的扭转效应，选取结构的基底剪力和边轴线的最大反应位移为参数，应用能力谱方法进行抗震性能评估。

This dissertation deals with the content - based image retrieval ( cbir ) theory and technique ; some new features and tools for more concisely and discriminatingly charactering the content of an image are proposed , such as region - based color histogram , grey - primitive co - occurrence matrix , ratio of centripetal moment , ratio of eccentric moment and ratio of inertial moment . a new modified genetic algorithm is also described in this dissertation , which can upgrade the performance of standard genetic algorithm ( sga ) while used in image segmentation 本文以图像数据库检索为主线，讨论了基于视觉内容的图像检索方法，提出包括基于区域颜色直方图、灰度?基元共生矩阵及向心矩比、偏心矩比、惯性矩比的特征描述方式；对遗传算法存在的早熟、收敛到最优解慢等问题提出了解决方法，并将改进遗传算法应用到图像分割中，编制了相应程序。

In this paper , the prestress increment of the unbonded reinforcement is calculated by the force method of structural mechanics according to the section bend characteristic of unbonded prestressed concrete simple supported beam at the normal use stage . the structural nonlinear and the prestress incremellt of unbonded tendons and the loss of unbonded prestress calculated . the stress of section is gained by the formula of material mechanics and the anchor end ' s eccentricity is taken as the structural eccentricity according to the structural trait of unbonded structure , and some useful conclusions are educed by the comparison with the result of the static test of unbonded prestressed hollow plate 本文根据无粘结预应力混凝土简支梁在正常使用阶段的截面受弯特点，考虑了结构的非线性，记入了预应力钢筋的预应力增量，用结构力学的力法计算无粘结筋的预应力增量；计算了无粘结预应力损失；采用材料力学的公式计算截面的应力，在偏心矩的取值问题中根据无粘结结构的构造特点而采用锚端的偏心矩作为结构的偏心矩计算，与无粘结预应力空心板静载试验值分析比较，得出了一些有益的结论。
