Methods and results : 30 cases of recurrent varicocele were admitted and underwent microscopic surgery by using with objectives 4 and all 30 cases succeeded 方法和结果:对30例再发性精索静脉曲张病人用4倍手术放大镜手术， 30例均成功，未见再次复发。

Conclusions : we discussed the conventional surgeries and put emphasis on using microsurgical inguinal varicocelectomy for treating varicocele and recurrent varicocele 结论:对传统各种手术进行讨论，并提出应采用显微外科手术治疗传统手术后再发性精索静脉曲张症，效果良好。
