This article according as the characteristic of the type of dam of songjianghe hydrolic key project xiaoshan power station to design the dam outside deformation and analyses the monitor materials . it brings up the vertical displacement observation during construction . and proved it is feasibility and obtained excellent efficiency 本文根据松江河水利枢纽小山电站大坝坝型的特点，进行了大坝外部变形的设计，对监测资料进行了较为全面的分析，同时提出了施工期竖向位移观测可行的监测方法，经过实施取得了良好效果，并对小山大坝外部自动化监测系统的可行性进行了论证。
