| 3. | A party who has not completely fulfilled his obligations cannot recover anything for the work that he has done
未能完全履行合同义务的一方无权就他所做的工作取得任何报酬。 |
| 4. | A contract is enforceable by law , and the party that fails to fulfill his contractual obligations may be sued and forced to make compensation
合同依法实施，未能履行合同义务的一方可能受到起诉，并被强制做出赔偿。 |
| 5. | Party b does not perform the contract or does not keep the stipulations of the contract , and has failed to correct it after party a has pointed it out
受聘方不履行合同或者履行合同义务不符合约定条件，经聘方指出后，仍不改正的。 |
| 6. | When either of the two parties fails to perform the contract or fails to keep the stipulations of the contract , that is , breaks the contract , it must pay a breach penalty of rmb 5000 yuan
