The temporary trucking scheme is scheduled to be commissioned by january 2004 until commissioning and acceptance of the new permanent marpol waste transferring system between the marine basin and cwtc by the environmental protection department ( epd ) 拟实施的临时运送计划，预计于二零零四年一月开始运作，直至位于9号货柜码头新建的永久海洋污染废物接收设施投入服务及获得环境保护署(简称环保署)认收为止。
