| 1. | The secretary-general of the united nations is hereby designated as the depositary for this convention .

| 2. | This extension also shall apply to the convention if the latter is not yet applicable to those territories .

| 3. | A contract is concluded at the moment when an acceptance of an offer becomes effective in accordance with the provisions of this convention .

| 4. | Nothing in this article prevents either party from exercising any right other than to claim damages under this convention .

| 5. | Any one of the contracting states shall have the right to call for a fresh conference with a view to considering possible amendments .

| 6. | In the event of one of the contracting states wishing to denounce the present convention, the denunciation shall be notified in writing to the belgian government .

| 7. | As between the parties to this protocol, the convention and the protocol shall be read and interpreted together as one single instrument .
在本议定书的各缔约国之间，本公约与议定书就作为一个文件，结合起来阅读和解释。 |
| 8. | Non-signatory states may accede to the present convention whether or not they have been represented at the international conference at brussels .
凡未签署本公约的国家，不论出席过在布鲁塞尔召开的国际会议与否，都可以加入本公约。 |
| 9. | This convention does not apply to sales
