| 3. | Uranium and thorium in physical or chemical form or the mixture of uranium and thorium , excluding the nuclear fuel indicated in article 3
二任何物理或化学形式之铀、钍或二者之混合物；但不包括第三条所指之核子燃料在内。 |
| 4. | Article 18 as to the transference of nuclear fuel materials over 1 gram , both the parties shall require approval from the atomic energy council in advance
第18条核子燃料之移转在一公克以上者，移转双方应先报请原子能委员会核准。 |
| 5. | Article 19 no nuclear fuel materials shall be loaded into a nuclear reactor unless an operating license has been granted by the atomic energy council

| 6. | Radioactive waste refers to waste that is radioactive or is contaminated with radioactive material , including the spent nuclear fuel pending final disposal
五放射性废弃物：指具有放射性或受放射性物质污染之废弃物，包括备供最终处置之用过核子燃料。 |
| 7. | Article 20 according to section 3 of article 21 and section 4 of article 22 of this iaw , “ complete report ” means account records of nuclear source material and nuclear fuel
第20条本法第二十一条第三款及第二十二条第四款所称完整纪录，系指核子原料及核子燃料之料帐纪录。 |
| 8. | Article 21 the licensee of nuclear fuel shall immediately report to the atomic energy council any critical accident caused by nuclear fuel and loss except normal operating loss
第21条核子燃料之持照人，对核子燃料所发生之任何意外临界事故及正常运转以外之损失，应即报告原子能委员会。 |
| 9. | Article 15 those who produce or possess nuclear fuel shall fill out an application form of enclosure two ( 2 ) and request approval from the atomic energy council which may grant a nuclear fuel license
第15条生产或持有核子燃料，应填具附件(二)之申请书，向原子能委员会申请核发核子燃料执照。 |
| 10. | Article 16 those who apply for a nuclear fuel license shall not only obey article 14 , but also have the capacity to carry out the maximum compensation liability insurance or financial guarantee
第16条申请核子燃料执照除应合于第十四条之规定外，并应具有履行核子损害赔偿之责任保险或财务保证之能力。 |
