In this paper several methods of developing microsatellite primers in plants were summarized : to search the database and find the primers which were delivered ; to transfer them among the different species ; to establish genomic library ; to develop ssr primer based on moleculars markers 摘要综述了开发植物微卫星引物的几种方法：搜寻核酸数据库和寻找已存在的微卫星引物；不同物种间共用；建立基因组文库；利用分子标记技术发展ssr引物。
