目的为研究腔内超声溶栓对动物模型静脉血栓的疗效而评价一种制备静脉血栓模型方法的可行性.方法犬20只采用自身对照研究,犬一侧后肢股静脉为实验侧,另一侧为对照侧.实验侧行股静脉近、远端分别结扎,人为造成犬后肢股静脉血流缓慢;对照侧行手术,但不结扎血管.然后于术后第1 , 4 , 7天分别观察犬后肢变化,切取血管标本做病理观察,了解血栓形成情况.结果术后第1天实验侧全部出现后肢肿胀,轻微跛行,病理切片显示: 6条静脉全部都形成血栓;对照侧没有出现后肢肿胀及跛行, 6条静脉都无血栓形成.第4 , 7天实验侧后肢肿胀加重,跛行,病理切片显示:实验侧14条静脉血栓充满管腔,为混和血栓;对照侧没有出现后肢肿胀及跛行, 14条静脉无血栓形成.结论采用静脉单纯结扎法制备犬静脉血栓模型,血栓形成更接近临床血栓形成过程 |
