This article discusses the influences of the existing agricultural environment policy on the adopting behavior about environment friendly technology of peasant household and points out that the existing agricultural environment policy of china cannot give peasants benignity stimulates on the adopting behavior about environment friendly technology 摘要本文通过对我国现行农业环境政策对农户采用环境友好技术行为影响的分析，指出我国现有农业环境政策并不能对农户的技术选择行为形成良性刺激，亟需改进。
