Eligible passenger who has not been issued with a refund form shall make the refund application through the civil aviation department of the government of the hksar 合资格申请退款的乘客如没有索取退款表格，应向香港特区政府民航处申请退款。

Passengers with refund forms who have not collected the refund at the sky pier refund counter on the same day of travel shall contact the airlines concerned directly for the refund 已取得退款表格之乘客，若没有在乘机当日往退款柜台取回税款，他们可以其后直接联络有关航空公司取回税款。

Eligible passenger who has been issued with a refund form but fails to claim or collect the refund at the skypier refund counter on the same day of travel shall contact the airline concerned directly for the refund 合资格申请退款的乘客如已索取退款表格，但未能在转机当日在海天客运码头退款处申请或收取退款，应直接联络有关航空公司。
