The paper ， via building performance model of boiler - turbine unit ， to online determinate curve of consumption in power plant which provides reliable thereunder for realizing load optimal distribution ， in view of optimal distribution arithmetic ， the improved equal incremental principle and linear programming are adopted ， meanwhile ， the database with online data disposal and data management is realized 通过建立各单元机组的性能模型，在线确定机组的耗量特性曲线，为实现负荷最优分配提供了可靠的依据；在负荷分配算法上采用了等微增率原理和动态规划方法，并对现有算法进行了改进；同时开发了具有在线数据处理能力和历史数据管理能力的数据库。
