结果表明： ( 1 )中间锦鸡儿、小叶锦鸡儿和树锦鸡儿的植物学性状和生物学特性具有差异，如茎干有毛或光滑、树的高矮、抗性的强弱等；也有一定的相似性，如有小叶、托叶在长枝上宿存可硬化成针刺等。 |

( 2 )可得出三种染色体核型：小叶锦鸡儿的染色体数为2n = 16 ，其核型公式为2n = 16 = 16m ( 4sat ) ；中间锦鸡儿的染色体数为2n = 18 ，其核型公式为2n = 18 = 16m ( 4sat ) + 2m ；树锦鸡儿的染色体数为2n = 20 ，其核型公式为2n = 20 = 20m ( 4sat ) ，结合形态学所得结论，可推测：中间锦鸡儿为小叶锦鸡儿和树锦鸡儿的中间类型或杂交种，也可能是具有递增染色体基数的不同种。 |

共采集到11属22种豆科植物，除菜豆、昆仑锦鸡儿、虹豆和白花草木樨等4种豆科植物未见结瘤外，其它豆科植物均能结瘤，其中帕米尔扁蓿豆、美丽棘豆、毛序棘豆、金毛脬萼黄芪等4种为新发现的结瘤豆科植物。 |
