That the dec word list has now been removed from the aspell english dictionary due to the questionable license and because removing it will not seriously decrease the quality . this addresses licensing issues concerning the word list that were 因为对dec词库dec word list的授权方式有疑问，而且少了它并不会严重影响软件包的品质，所以现在已经将它从aspell英文字典中删除。
