It is validated whether the system behavioral model is reasonable and interface is valid only when the system is integrated , because the design of handware and software is separately . the paper addresses a method conceiver of embedded system software and hardware integration and test , the method conceiver has a guiding significance to system design and integration 由于嵌入式系统软硬件设计的独立性，因此嵌入式系统行为模型的合理性、软硬件接口定义的有效性等问题只有在集成测试阶段才可以得到验证。本文最后给出了嵌入式系统软硬件集成测试的一种方法构想，对系统的早期开发和后期集成都有一定的指导意义。
