By using the software deform3d , a numerical simulation of the double - sided roll forming of discal parts in 24 different cases has been carried out and the influences of the roller geometry , workpiece geometry and process parameters on the groove shape have been obtained 摘要利用商品化软件deform3d ，对盘型件双面辗压成形过程进行了24种不同工况的数值模拟，获得了辗压沟槽的形态特征以及工具参数、工件参数和工艺参数对沟槽形态的影响。

First this paper describes the composing and technics of drillers ; then the composing of control system based on s7 - 300plc is described ; then thinking of such characteristics of oil driller as complexity and long delay , this paper brings forward the control strategy of combining the fuzzy control with smith estimate control algorithm , and sets down the way of auto - driller based on discal hydraulic pressure brake . at last the experiment based on matlab by computer shows that the effect of this control mode is very good and all performance are famous 首先本文阐述了钻机的组成与工艺特点，然后描述了基于西门子s7 - 300plc的控制系统组成，然后针对传统钻机自动送钻控制策略落后的缺陷，同时考虑到钻机的复杂性、大滞后等特点，提出了模糊控制算法与施密斯( smith )预估控制算法相结合的控制策略，给出了基于液压盘式刹车的自动送钻智能控制策略， matlab的仿真实验证明该控制方式控制效果良好，各方面性能指标都达到理想要求。
