So it is very important to isolate and clone these genes in leymus multicaulis for utilizing in breeding . in this research , ddrt - pcr technique was used to study these genes and two common wheat - leymus multicaulis disomic addition lines were included 采用3条锚定引物和8条随机引物共计24种组合，获得了6480条耐病材料cdna扩增条带，其中91 . 8在不同处理条件下是非常一致的。
