This experiment to adopt the method that paraffin was cut into slices studied the structural growth process on appearance and dissect of pugionium cornutum ( l ) gaertn in germination period and young sprout ; and to adapt wild flower , fruit , seed and cultivated root , stem and leaf of pugionium cornutum ( l . ) gaertn in leaf lushing period and leaf exhausting period from eerduosi city proceeded the research on appearance and anatomies . the result enunciates : the organs of pugiorium cornutum ( l . ) gaertn in root , stem and leaf have started dividing in germination period ; the transporting tissue and storing water tissue in young sprout period has been divided ; the ransporting tissue is flourishing , but the supporting tissue is unflourishing , so the root , stem and leaf of pugionium cormutum ( l ) gaertn is suitable for edibility 本试验采用石蜡切片研究了沙芥发芽期、幼苗生长期各器官形态及解剖结构的变化过程;并对采自鄂尔多斯市野生沙芥花、果实、种子及人工栽培的叶片旺盛生长期、叶片生长衰退期的根、茎、叶等材料进行了形态及解剖学研究,结果表明:沙芥发芽期根、茎、叶各器官内组织已开始分化;幼苗期已分化出发达的输导组织及贮水组织;叶片旺盛生长期各器官具有发达的输导组织,但机械组织不发达,因此沙芥的根茎叶适于食用。
