Meterals and methods subject were 30 male wistar rats which were made febrile by lps intraper - itoneal injection . the rectal temperature of the rats were monitored by the digital esthesiometer . effect of - mshon fever was observed and changes in levels of avp both in the plasma and csf were detected a fter administration of - msh 材料与方法实验采用雄性wistar大鼠，并建立大鼠lps性发热模型，通过检测大鼠直肠温度，观察静脉注射- msh对大鼠lps性发热反应的影响及血浆和脑脊液中avp含量的变化。
