We have carried out 230th / 234u dating on several intercalated calcite samples . the results show that the capping flowstone layer and the second one are holocene in time . the fourth flowstone layer is of an age of 55 ka , and the fifth one 110 ka 新生碳酸盐铀系法测年显示,张口洞堆积所代表的时间跨度比原认为的长得多,这一结果支持我国中、晚更新世人类遗址原有年代框架被总体压缩的观点。
