The mouse model of hepatic egg granuloma of schistosoma japonicum confirmed that np30 has sensitizing effect on formation of hepatic egg granuloma , active immunity in sheeps and mice with np30 can induce good protecti on against infection with schistosoma cercariae and reduces immunopathologic damage to host , np30 plays a significant down - modulatory role to hepatic granuloma and fibrosis 以往的研究业已证明np30对虫卯肉芽肿的形成具有致敏作用，并有十分显著抗虫卵肉芽肿肝纤维化作用，用np30主动免疫小鼠、山羊可减轻日本血吸虫对宿主造成的免疫病理损害。
